I went into Wal-Mart last night to pick up some Biolage in their salon (it's on sale 2 liters for $29) and while I was there I picked up a few things I needed. As I wound my way through the chaos I was reminded why it is that I prefer Target.
- It's clean.
- The workers are actually helpful (almost to the point of obnoxiousness)
- It's well organized.
- The food selection is way better.
- They have cute clothes (even in plus sizes!)
- They sell cute shoes.
- There don't seem to be as many screaming children.
- Amazing sock selection.
- Pepper Onion Relish- nuff said!
- Have I mentioned it's clean and that the staff are helpful?!??!

I thought that was only in CA. Ha, ha. Walmart is better than KMart, but not by much.
You're darn tootin'. My sister wrote a whole blog post on the "Target experience" and how fun it is to go there.
Walmart is good only for their craft section in my opinion. Otherwise I try to avoid it.
Our Wal-Mart has groceries and our target doesn't so I end up at Wal-mart a lot. Often quite frustrated because they are out of things I need (like frozen raspberries this week) or the lines are long or the cashiers don't know what they are doing. I was actually in tears a couple months ago after waiting forever because my Rice Krispies rang up the wrong price and no one could or would fix it.

Although... our brand new Walmart is pretty clean and nice at this point, but it's been open less than a month, so I'm sure that it'll get to that point. And the staff is still not helpful.
Target is the best!
Triple ditto, I ALWAYS have the same thoughts everytime I shop at Walmart!
I loath Wall mart and only set foot in there about once every two months if I can help it!
AMEN! I'm usually too cheap to go to Target, but I absolutely love the weeks when I can!
Amy -- you've been holding out on me!! You never told me about the relish...now I can hardly wait to go p/u a jar, and maybe grab some cute socks too. The ones you always wear to work are so stylin' and, of course, color-coordinated!
BTW, I can't handle WM either, especially the Super WM! I find it to be Super Infuriating.
