I'm making a little treat for a gathering tomorrow night and I thought I'd share a few pictures to make you drool-
Here's the recipe if you want to try them. (Trust me, you want to try them)
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 egg
2/3 C margarine
4 C mini-marshmallows
1 package (12 oz) peanut butter chips
2/3 C corn syrup
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp margarine
2 C salted peanuts
Make crust- mix cake mix, egg, and 2/3 C margarine. Press into jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes. Top with marshmallows; bake for 5 more minutes. Combine peanut butter chips, corn syrup, vanilla and margarine; melt over medium heat. Pour over hot marshmallow layer. Sprinkle with peanuts- Let cool and cut into squares. (As much as you want to eat them now, do as the recipe says and let them cool. It's worth the wait, I promise!)
Enjoy!!!
I can not look at the pictures and not drool! I'm half tempted to drive up there now just to steal the pan. Can't wait for tomorrow!!
