The Corn Maze

Saturday was our annual Primary trip to the Corn Maze.

I love this movie. It's sappy, cheesy, and unbelievable- I love every minute of it! I cry every time. It's a perfect Sunday afternoon movie.

Witches' Night Out

My friends and I went to Witches' Night Out last night at Gardner Village. I don't think any of us knew what we were getting ourselves into. It was insane!! I couldn't believe how into it people got. There were thousands of people dressed in costume- they went all out! It was so cool! I definitely want to go back next year in costume.

We didn't make it into many of the stores but we did make a stop at the spa where they were doing really cheap mani's and pedi's. I ran into the ever fabulous Carrie, who I used to work with at Primary's, which was an added bonus to the evening.

Brooke, Genell and Ashlee getting their nails done. I got mine done- they are this cool dark purple that looks black unless it's under bright light then you can tell they are purple. I love it!

We didn't manage to get any food at Gardner Village so we ended up at IHOP in Orem where we were joined by Lisa and Meg. I didn't manage to get any pictures of Meg but I know that Misty did so I'll have to get them from her and add them later.

I never thought I'd see the day that gas was under $3.00 a gallon again. I just had to document this because I have no clue how long it will last.

Twilight Tuesday

One month until the movie!!! Can you believe it?!?!

There is so much going on in the Twilight world right now. There are tons of movie stills being released- these are my favorites right now~

I love, love, love Carlisle and Esme!!! Have I mentioned that I love Peter Facinelli as Carlisle?!!??! This is the first good shot of Esme we've seen. I like it a lot!

It's funny, Rosalie is my least favorite vampire but I love Nikki Reed. I can't wait to see her bring Rosalie to life.

The boys of Twilight did a photo shoot for VMan magazine. I've never heard of that magazine but I certainly have enjoyed the pictures~

Breakfast
If you could jump into any book … what would it be and why?
There are so many!!! Twilight, Harry Potter, Anne of Green Gables, and Pride and Prejudice are the first ones that come to mind. Why? Because I love the characters and the settings, I want to meet those people and see their world as they do.

Lunch
Tell how you are feeling today in the form of a weather report. (For example, partly cloudy, sunny with a chance for showers etc.)
Foggy and cold (I don't feel very well)

Dinner
What activities make you lose track of time?
Hanging out with friends. I love it when I look at my watch and hours have gone past and I didn’t even notice. I also loose track of time reading, surfing the web, reading, playing w/ my online friends, reading, blogging…. the list goes on and on- I'm really good at loosing track of time.

I am so tired of all campaigns and election coverage--- he said, she said- blah, blah, blah!!!! I know it's important to vote but can we just do it now and get it over with?? Are people really going to change their minds on who they are going to vote for in the next 3 weeks? I think not! Let's get this show on the road folks!

As I watch the campaign coverage I'm reminded of the song Popular from Wicked~

Think of celebrated heads of state or especially great communicators~
Did they have brains or knowledge? Don't make me laugh!
